On the first of January this year my parents said they had something to talk about. This was a bit worrying for me as when they want to "talk" it was usually because they'd found out about something I've done wrong.
They said to me that I was 13 - which was a bit obvious to them because they're my parents - but they followed it up by saying that it was going to be a big year in 2014 for me because I take my options and then get ready to start work on my GCSE exams.
Then my Mum handed me an envelope in which there were 2 more tiny envelopes and a card. The card said that because it was a big year for me my parents were setting me 12 challenges (one for each month of 2014) - plus an extra one to make my age - 13.
On the tiny envelopes were numbers. I found number ONE and opened it - it told me I had until 06:01:14 to complete a blog on what was in my tiny envelopes. Then I opened envelope TWO which contained my first challenge of 2014.
My first challenge is to think of 13 people who inspire me and write to them to ask for there life advice so here is the list. I will let you know on this blog what happens
